Cancellation Policy

Please be advised of our Cancellation, Booking and No-Show Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, change your service or reschedule your appointment we kindly request at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. If your appointment is for Balayage, Full Head Foils or Colour Correction Services we kindly request 48 hours notice.

If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:

• 24 hours or more in advance—no fee
• Less than 24 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked
• No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked
• When booking an appointment we require a 50% deposit of your total service cost. Your deposit will be credited towards your total bill when you attend your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, this deposit is non-refundable.
